Unilever’s CFO will leave the company in May 2024

The current financial director of Unilever, Graeme Pitkethly, has informed the board of directors of his intention to leave the company at the end of May 2024, as announced by the European consumer products giant, he will now proceed to the formal internal and external search of a successor.

“I would like to thank Graeme for his tremendous contribution to Unilever over the past 21 years. As CFO, he has provided tremendous leadership to our company and has been instrumental in refining our strategy and driving a step forward in our operational performance,” said Alan Jope, CEO of Unilever.

“He has been a highly valued member of the board over the past eight years and a strong and dynamic leader of our business,” said Unilever Chairman Nils Andersen.

On the other hand, the multinational has announced that Conny Braams, Commercial and Digital Director (CDCO) and member of the Unilever Leadership Executive (ULE), has decided to leave the company in August 2023.
