Flatiron-Dragados is awarded the Francia-Springfield bypass project
The Flatiron-Dragados joint company has been selected to carry out the construction of Franconia-Springfield bypass, an important road infrastructure project in the state of Virginia, United States. The work aims to improve vehicular flow and reduce congestion in one of the busiest areas of the Washington DC metropolitan area
The contract includes the design and execution of an elevated step that will directly connect the I-95 highway with the Francia-Springfield multimodal station, significantly improving access to public transport and regional mobility.
This new project reinforces the international presence of Dragados —filial of the ACS Group – in the US market, one of the most strategic for the company.
