
CPB Contractors, company of the CIMIC Group, has signed a letter of intent to build the hospitalization building of the new Dunedin Hospital for Health New Zealand Te Whatu Ora.
The Dumedin Hospital Hospitalization Unit will be the largest hospital project in New Zealand to date. CPB Contractors will build a building of eleven plants, efficient and patient, which will have 371 beds at the time of its inauguration and 58 more places for the emergency department.
Juan Santamaría, CEO of the ACS group and executive president of CIMIC, said: «We are proud to build this emblematic health center for South Island. The new hospitalization area of the New Dumedin Hospital will provide a modern and specific infrastructure that will allow offering first class health care, both now and for the coming generations.
