The landslides of two railroad bridges in the Russian regions of Briansk and Kursk have left at least seven dead and 104 wounded, as reported by Russian state media.

The first collapse has occurred in the Briansk region, border with Ukraine, when a bridge has collapsed on a passenger train. Among the mortal victims, the machinist has been told, as reported by the state company of Russian Railways.

Hours later, the authorities have reported a second similar accident at Kursk, also bordering Ukraine, where a train has derailed after the collapse of the bridge that supported it. The investigations have continued in both areas.
